Charities We Support and Appreciate at La Fleur

At La Fleur, we believe in making a difference. Every challenge a person faces is unique to their specific circumstances. By supporting transparent and effective NGO charities, we contribute to projects that work tirelessly to improve the living situations of others. We want to share two charities that have deeply touched our hearts. Together, we can create a lasting impact.

Covenant House: A Safe Haven for Youth

Covenant House is an essential organization providing food, shelter, care, and various services to homeless and runaway youth. As they state, "We are an agency that provides food, shelter, care, and other services to homeless and runaway youth." We believe every child should have a safe place to sleep. Beyond providing immediate relief, Covenant House also fights to protect children escaping human trafficking and advocates for vulnerable youth. They strive to put individuals on the path to independence.

At La Fleur, we cherish the idea that every child deserves equal opportunities. The Covenant House offers long-term support through crisis centers and dedicated service teams. It creates a secure environment where young individuals can feel valued for asking for help. We are proud that Covenant House is expanding to multiple locations in six countries. Our future generations deserve the chance to showcase their talents, regardless of past circumstances.

Shanti Bhavan: Education for All

Another organization close to our hearts is the Shanti Bhavan Children’s Project. As you may know, our founder hails from India. Supporting a project dedicated to educating children in her home country is a cause we felt compelled to embrace. This residential school caters to children from the lowest socioeconomic classes in India. It provides them the opportunity for higher education, helping them uplift themselves and their families out of poverty.

We fully support Shanti Bhavan’s mission to eradicate generational poverty. Every child deserves the confidence gained from education when entering the workforce. The organization is currently raising funds to build a second school, which will open doors for even more young individuals.

Irrespective of caste or creed, every child deserves an education to create a bright future.

Olivia’s Birthday in November

November is #YouthHomelessnessAwarenessMonth, a time to deepen our understanding of young, ambitious individuals who navigate homelessness while aspiring to build fulfilling lives and careers.
