About the Perfumer
La Fleur by Livvy was founded in the summer of 2013 by Olivia Larson, known as Livvy, in Colorado, USA. A self-taught artisan perfumer, Livvy has cultivated her craft with a deep commitment to natural ingredients and the artistry of perfumery. She holds certifications in French Natural Perfumery and Olfaction Training, as well as being a certified Natural Perfumer through the International Perfume Foundation (IPF). Additionally, Livvy has completed a course in "Introduction to Aromatherapy" from the Australian College of Aromatherapy (ACOA) and is a qualified Perfumotherapist.
La Fleur by Livvy specializes in creating complex, natural perfumes that blend a wide array of botanicals. Each fragrance is designed to be a unique, sensory experience, with every note telling its own story. Through her work, Livvy continues to explore and celebrate the beauty of nature's ingredients, crafting perfumes that resonate with authenticity, elegance, and a deep respect for the art of natural perfumery.
Livvy has been on the panel of Judges and the Academy for the 14th & 15th Annual TASTE AWARDS. LFBL was also commissioned to create a fragrance for the Molly Brown House Museum, Denver “Resilient” in honor of Margaret Brown / The Unsinkable Molly Brown.
Since the main ingredients are derived from flowers and plants, therefore, the name “La Fleur” or “The Flower.” "My love for flowers led me to create a fragrance line using what nature has to offer us. My fragrances are not intended to overwhelm the presence in the room. They are meant to accentuate but not take away from the wearer. They are soft, subtle, and sensuous" says Livvy.
Where did the journey begin? What inspires you?
"Memories of my childhood in India: of Indian women in the marketplace adorned with fragrant jasmine garlands in their hair. The scent of attars, tuberose, rose water, and sandalwood incense sticks wafting through the air as they burn. The various flowers that bloomed at night, the smell of earth after it rained on a hot summer day. Various spices and herbs. The smell of freshly crushed mint leaves being added to lemon juice at a vendor’s stall. The frangipani (plumeria) flowers which grew outside our home by my grandmother’s bedroom window, all of which and more nestled in my olfactory memory gives me a rich inspiration and passion to create perfumes.”

Meet the Team
Andrej Babicky
Perfumer & Nose
I graduated in Theater Critique and Philosophy. During my studies, I began to be interested in design and everything regarding the sense of smell. After a few years, I studied Natural perfumery at Natural Perfume Academy, where I continue to collaborate as a tutor. I obtained certification as a natural perfumer by the International Perfume Foundation and won the New Luxury Award 2020 for best natural perfume in Paris in January 2020. I am now collaborating with Olivia on a new perfume that will be launched soon. The first of many more to come.

My lifelong fascination with fragrance began at age twelve with the purchase of my first perfume bottle. As a psychology graduate, former healthcare worker, and amateur photographer, I bring a unique perspective to the art and science of perfumery. I deeply appreciate the intricate blend of chemistry and artistry in creating a captivating scent. My passion lies specifically with natural perfumery, making my new role with the LFBL team incredibly exciting. I'm eager to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to social media and marketing efforts, helping to share the beauty and allure of natural fragrances with a wider audience. I look forward to this opportunity to connect with fellow fragrance enthusiasts and contribute to the growth of LFBL

"Girl Friday" aka Marketing Manager & PA to Livvy
I recently graduated with a Masters in Space Systems and pursued Engineering in undergrad. I love creative pursuits in all forms and consistently find new hobbies to try. I love exploring and traveling to new places and finding beauty in the simpler things in life.
At La fleur, I mainly focus on marketing and helping Livvy out with projects. I love that we collaborate on boxes, labels, the social media feed, and so much more. I get unique projects that encourage me to grow while having fun together. My favorite perfume is Fleur de L’Amour because of its subtle sweetness. It brings me fond memories of spending time with Livvy when I was younger and the sweet adventures we have.

I am a Colorado native, avid mountain biker. A Culinary Graduate from Mesa State University. I love Italian and Asian Cuisines. I enjoy the cross over from flavors to smell. I currently work as a Director of Nutritional Services at a local retiree facility, Chocolatier and owner of Dirty Lil Cacao Single Origin Bean to Bar chocolates and in spare time work behind the scenes assisting with production and at trade events where I get to meet our customers in person.

Hi everyone, I am the LFBL mascot and purrfumer, Cubby!
My job includes sniffing, greeting everyone at the studio, and having a paw-sitive attitude. I love dressing up and going out. Sometimes the puparazzi likes to take photos of me in my costumes too. My favorite band is “The Beagles” and I love the poetry of “William Shakes-paw” just like my owner.
I’m so happy to be part of the team here at La Fleur By Livvy. Our owner just took the next step to become animal cruelty-free certified!

Josh approaches perfumery with a deliberate sense of contrast, composing fragrances that feel both effortlessly wearable and subtly subversive. His early fascination with scent was shaped through years of collecting and dissecting designer fragrances, developing a refined appreciation for structure, restraint, and the quiet power of composition. What began as curiosity evolved into a disciplined pursuit of craftsmanship and olfactory identity.
